Club Partnerships

The club tries to play its part in the badminton community and works to have effective partnerships in place to develop the club and its players.

We have parents volunteering on the Glasgow & North Strathclyde Group our regional group that organises badminton in our area for Badminton Scotland. Coral manages the group’s senior teams and John manages the group’s junior teams. John is also a director of Badminton Scotland.

We work closely with City of Glasgow Badminton Club, our partner pathway club and Glasgow School of Sport.

Glasgow Sport and Scotstoun Sports Campus are really helpful to the club, and we get great support from Gillian McGuire, from Glasgow Sports badminton development officer.

Glasgow Schools Badminton Association, John manages the school’s teams.

Finally Euan Murray the Badminton Scotland Regional Development Officer provides a link between the club and the governing body.
